Thread: Our new pup

  1. #21
Have fun Fiona, which I am certain you will with already having another dog and cats too. It is good that she is show dog material but it is a lot of hard work so I can understand that you may not go along those lines. Might be a good option with letting her have puppies though if she is a good pedigree and worthy of showing.

Good luck and looking forward to seeing some more photos of Sadie and the gang.

Fiona, Aaron and I look forwards to seeing the latest photos when you have the time [msnsmile2] Hope she does not have you etting up to her to many times in the night, but I expect like any new mum you will check her out, just in case (I even did this when we got our new rabbit last year [msnwink])

Well I have taken these on my blackberry so they are not great! Sadie has settled down as if she has always been here, Millie is happier with her today and less cautious. The feline contingent however are very miffed, and have made many complaints to management about how they now have to come in and out of the house through a bathroom window rather than their cat flap because some new hairy thing is there! There also are threats to pack their bags and leave home but we are starting to see slight indications of a thaw in their attitude. They will now sit in the same room as her - on a chair or high piece of furniture, but yesterday and this am they would flee with hair raised at the sight of her. I am hoping they will come to love her as much as they do Millie.

Surely they don't expect me to sleep in that bed when there's a tile floor to lie on?

Fiona, she is gorgeous, enjoy her puppyhood it doesn't last long. Having said that though, ours still seems to be as lively as a pup at the age of 6.
