Dollar express

Hi Roger,

My son has a Dollar express card but his father in law doesn't, if they both want to rent cars for their trip in October can my son book them both with his dollar express number on the vouchers and have them both in his name with his father in law as the second driver on both? Or would it be easier to get his FIL to sign up for Dollar Express membership?
I don't think it will go down too well if my son and daughter in law swan up to the express counter and leave his in-laws in the other queue [msnwink]

Why not make life easy and get him to sign up for his owm. It does also speed up your time at the desk

Yes, my friend and I booked two cars through USCarhire, both in my name with my friend as an extra driver. Straight to the front as you would expect.

Shirley I agree it makes sense but for various reasons the in laws are unlikely to go to Florida again for a while so just looking at all the options.

Thanks Mark, I thought this would work but just wanted to check. Next question does the credit card used to pay for the car hire have to be in the name of the main driver?

The card used for the payment can be anyones (with their permission of course) regardless of whether they will be driving. The main thing is the address provided on the order is the billing address of the card holder.
