    Virgin and BA refunds

Has anyone submitted a refund form yet? We qualify for about five flights. However the form is asking for flight numbers, the only thing I have is the date that we arrived in the US, and I dont know the return date or flight number as we go for differing amounts of time? Has anyone got any advise? Thanks

I haven't submitted mine yet, intend to do it on-line which is available from 14th July.

ARe you registered as a frequent flyer with the airline, that is how I found all my flight dates?

I registered online right at the start, but haven't received any information at all. Where did the form come from?

I didn't file originally as wanted to wait for the 'official line' from VA, so I will use the on-line system although you can register on the link below (sorry if not allowed). This also gives details of the flight dates applicable.

    https://www.airpassengerrefund.co.uk/

Remember even if you used miles to buy a ticket you can still claim as you still paid the taxes. Dates and times of what period you can claim for are within the link.

I don't fly BA so no idea how to find dates of flights, but sure they would be able to supply dates if anyone is a frequent flyer with them.

With VA all the information can be found on line through your own Flying Club details.

However, it may not be necessary and the Company handling the claims should have access to the relevant data, but we obviously have to wait and see.

    Hope that helps
    Jill
