Oktoberfest at Celebration

If anyone is around it is the Annual Oktoberfest at Celebration on 10th and 11th October 2008.

Market Street tranforms as the falling leaves drop daily at 6pm, 7pm, 8pm and 9pm. You can relax by the lakeside or listen to the bands. One of the top 24 finalists from American Idol, Season 7, Robbie Carrico will be performing hits from the show and well as tracks from his upcoming CD.

We went last year and there were stalls lining the streets and a fantastic atmosphere. The best of it is that it is all free. We did not have a problem parking either.

Would go this year, but unfortunately leaving next Monday.[msncry]

It is definitely worth a visit.

Thanks Sandra, we are here til 15th so we will try to go, sounds lovely. It's always nice in Celebration, we like to go for breakfast and then a walk around the lake.

We are in Florida/Orlando from 5th to 26th Oct and never been to Celebration before, but it was on our list of places to visit this year. Think we will go on 10th or 11th. It sounds a lovely place to visit. [msnsmile]

Don't forget to go during evening hours as they don't have the falling leaves and celebrations until 6pm onwards. Enjoy it.
