    HELP

    I am in orlando, I am trying to exchange my prepaid (park tickets) vouchers for actual tiuckets for this evening's show - they say I need the registration number, I have no number, only Park Tickets order 12385 - urgent help please

    I can't find this number. I've just come off the phone to them, they say the only seats they have are 5 single seats in different rows etc. This is totally unacceptable to me and my family. As I have now already wasted the major part of the day, and dropped my family off to come back and access internet etc, I've had it ! I will not accept 5 single seats, nor will I waste any more time here at the villa on the internet (having tried phoning the UK number without success - answerphone only.
    It's a lesson for me, and others, of the risk of accepting vouchers, the seats are not assigned even.
    I will take this up on my return, and will be returning the vouchers for refund.

    The seats are assigned. 202, Row BB, Seats 1-5 Confirmation is TONY6056682
    I am just onto cirque now to see what is going on. Will call you on your mobile.. Tried calling the mobile but no answer. We also have no messages from you on the voicemail at the office. The confirmation and seats above are correct. If this is still a problem have cirque call our USA office and ask for a manager 1 877 406 4836. If it still cannot be sorted get a reference from the cirque office so we can sort a refund out.

    Update on this Tony now has his seats as stated. Cannot find out what he problem was but we have never had an issue with cirque before. When I called them, Disney found the reservation by name, order number and seats (each a separate search).

    It's because of the first class serice that we keep coming back. I don't know how many other places you could go to who would sort out a problem like that and still get to see the show. Brilliant

    I'm back home unfortunately. to complete the above story - when I spoke to martin he explained what he'd found out, I went back to Cirque, deliberately went to another 'desk', and had no problem at all. At that point, I was pleased just to be done, so did not compllain further about my earlier experience.

    So in the end a great show, great support / help from Martin, no idea why it went wrong first time, very frustrating / time wasting because of the problems "their (Cirque) end" - thanks again to Martin

    Other stuff - villa, park tickets, car hire, forum advice were all excellent.
