We flew Delta in March and they used Termial 3 for International and Domestic flights. It was our first flight through JFK for years but it was all well sign-posted. 1hr 50 mins sounds enough time to go through immigration, collect luggage, go through customs and hand luggage over for onward flight. Flying back is easier as your luggage will be checked straight through.

I am sure you will find a good deal on a bottle of JD when you arrive in Orlando.

I have checked our flight times and looks like we have 1hr 50mins to connect. We are flying with Delta if that helps or make a difference?

The only difference would be if you were connecting to another airline thereby requiring a terminal change. Delta's International & Domestic flights all go from the same terminal. An hour and a half should be plenty.

Also there is not that much saving on all liqours at duty free in comparison to US land prices.
We checked out a couple of liquor stores as we were looking for Apricot Brandy for a cocktail.
I priced the main brands & the prices were very good so I shall think twice about buying duty free in the future & stock up once in Florida.
This is only while the $ is weak aginst sterling.

Pamela, We are going via JFK and have 1 hr 45 to get through with a 1 year old. I also thought this was tight, but they would not sell the ticket if they did not think it was achievable. Might get a chance of a cuppa before we board for the next flight. On another note we are flying with Continental and they have around 4 flights after our one, so if the long haul is delayed at least we can catch the next one as it is the same company.
