Has anybody hired one of these from dollar??
On the Dodge web site it's showing as a 8 seater is this true ??? Am wanting to book a 8 seater there is 4 adults and 4 children.

We've just used a Durango. I'd say it wouldn't be big enough for 8, including luggage; we had to put the rear setas down to take our bags (four people x 6 cases). Outwith cases it'd most likely be ok at a sqeeze!
As Dave says, without luggage you should be OK but it will be tight if your children as fairly grown up.

We hired a Durango in April. As far as I recall there are not 8 seat belts in there. I'd definitely call it a 7 seater maximum, regardless of what luggage you have (and as jollifee says the luggae area is pretty small with all the seats occupied).
We had a party of 14 and had a Durango and a Toyota Sienna, and I'd say there was definitely more room in the Sienna for both passengers and luggage.
