No problems, it's a lovely place to stay.
Crescent Lakes is very near the I4 for getting to Busch Gardens and you can use this or an alternative route to Universal, which is about 15 mins away.

we saw some beautiful wild life in crescent lakes...... very spacious and bright area, easy to get to!! we found it!!![msncool]

I think you'll find that Universal will be closer to Crescent Lakes than Hampton Lakes but Busch Gardens will be a little further.
