I think Sam's club is part of the Wal*Mart group.
I bought my laptop from Sam's club 2 years ago.
I got a great deal, even though I had to pay a joining fee.
I think the 2 forms of ID I used were my UK drivers licence and passport.
If you go their web site you can shop online so you can see the prices and the type of things they sell.

Like someone has already mentioned its very similar to Costco.

We are members of Costco in the UK, so,this year we went to Costco on Orange blossom trail. We bulk buy all our cinnamon gum, peanut butter M&Ms, and some toiletries to take back home......[msnsmile2]
