    Unfortunately, doesn't apply to '08 Honda Accord, no arrow, guage on right, filler on left....
    But there always has to be an exception to any rule !!

    Great idea, wish they would do it more with UK cars. The number of times I have been in a hire car and have had to stop and check where the filler cap is located before deciding which pump to go to is unbelievable.

    most pumps will reach both sides anyway , so dont worry too much

    Noticed this when we went in 2004 so not such a new idea but very helpful none the less.

    As to the fuel gauge location in the UK showing which side the filler is on....

    Well on my 3 series BMW the fuel gauge is on the left of the Speedometer and the filler is on the.....
