Budget Car Rental

Just booked to return to Orlando in July 09 - flying into Sanford as usual.

On our last 2 visits we've had cars from Alamo and have always been really pleased with the service.

I've noticed though that Budget are coming out cheaper and that I wouldn't need to return the car empty if I take the Silver package, therefore avoiding paying through the nose for fuel!![msnmad]

So I've got a couple of questions about Budget - I think their office is off site - do they provide a shuttle service to and from the airport and do they let you pick your own car like Alamo do or are you handed the keys to a particular vehicle?

Also thinking of going for a compact as there will only be 3 of us going (have always had full size for 4 in the past) and as I drive a Mazda 3 in the UK I know it will be fine size-wise.

Any help will be greatly appeciated.[beer]

Budget are on-site at Sanford so no need for a shuttle bus.

If you go for a Compact with Budget through us you should get a free upgrade automatically to an Intermediate, although unlike Alamo you can not pick your specific car from the lot.

My wife will be glad we don't get to pick a car - she says I take too long picking one!!![msntongue]
