    Young drivers package

    Hello everyone,

This is my first post. I am travelling to Orlando with 9 friends in September (4th-18th).

Apologies if this is a problem that has already been answered elsewhere but here is our situation...

We have already booked a people carrier with uscarhire (to be driven by the only over 25 in our party).

We are waiting to see if uscarhire will offer the multi-driver young drivers package in time for us to make use of it.

However, if this deal isnt ressurectedin in time for us, then what is the best deal out there? We are looking for a full size car for 14 days for 2-3 drivers aged 23.

    Thank you,

    Adam

The best alternative at the moment is the Young Driver's package we offer through Budget. If your existing order is on the Gold option (or upgraded to the Gold option if currently on Silver) you can then pay (through us) £50 per week / £10 per day to have 1 driver age 21-24 plus unlimited additional drivers age 25+

You also need to make the 23 year old the lead driver, and that driver must have held their license for at least 2 years.

Thanks Roger, I am still going to hold out for the new deal - the Budget deal is now our plan B!

Can someone tell me what new deal this is, we are planning a family Holiday next year to celebrate (more like comiserate) my 60th would like to put 3 of them on the insurance but mu son will only be 22 but will have held his licence for 4.1/2 years.

We're still have to wait before we can give more information. We've been promised it by now, so it's getting a little frustrating. I hesitate to give a time scale as it's out of our hands, so just have to keep waiting.
