We only respond to emails, but we do respond very quickly.

I can confirm that Roger. When we were taken ill in Florida we were impressed at how fast our emails re extending the car hire period were answered. The only delay was ours when we had gone back to bed thinking it was the middle of the night in the UK so we would not receive an answer for several hours. When do you sleep?
Everything went smoothly when we eventually took the car back. Many thanks again for all your help.
