Living in Crystal River, Fl

We are planning to move to Florida and are interested in Crystal River.Can anyone tell me if there are lot of sunny days or does it rain more often than the sun comes up.

We really enjoy fishing and golfing and want to be able to spend
most of our times outdoors.

Also, is there much crime in this area.
