Nina you went to Perrys...he is an old friend of mine...lovely house...I really miss going there...my daughter peed in his pool once that is all she remembers about staying there...

Did you get to see where the servants used to live in the old dungeons ...its a lovely walk to the old lake house..
I was told it was now open to the public......

There are very few rooms open but it was lovely. It must have been an amazing place to stay. I'd always wanted to see the mural by Lenkiewicz in the Round Room, it's stunning but so sad he didn't live to finish it.

Here are some photos just for you (including one of the pool)! I hope they bring back some happy memories [msnsmile2]

Thank you Nina...brings back some happy times....he is a very nice guy...he moved away for a while...ill health...so we never got to go back to the house before we left...I must show my daughter the pool....I really miss Cornwall in the summer....
I'll dig out a few pictures I have of the grounds we took when we first got our new Harley...
I'm so happy to see the place open...
