    Biltons Holiday...more..'

Well here we are day 11, and having a relaxing day by the pool. Since we last wrote we have been to Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios, Aquatica twice!, and Scott and I had our day together at Discovery Cove.

Wow, what a fantastic place! We got in early for 7.50am, and were allocated a 9.10 swim with the dolphins. We had some lovely breakfast and had a bimble around. It's just like a 5 star resort, plentiful towels, shampoo, shower gel, mouthwash, etc. etc. Everytime I went to the restrooms and came out of a stall, an attendant went in and cleaned it out before I could get out of the door!!
We opted for the wet suit vests rather than the full suit, and quite glad I did as it was so warm. The water in the dolphin pool was a little cool but we soon warmed up. CJ was our dolphin and he was fantastic. Just an amazing experience being so near to such a gentle animal. I think Scott kissed the dolphin with more passion than he kissed me on the wedding day!!

We also snorkeled in the coral reef and with the fishes, and generally chilled out. It was lovely to have some time to ourselves. The only trouble was that I have developed a full blown cold, and I wasn't able to truly appreciate the food. Scott said it was good, a man of many words!

We bought the photo's and a DVD, you only do it once so what the heck!
On the way home we called into the outlet village next to the old stampede, and bought up a few bits and pieces. As I couldn't taste anything we had a quick Maccy d's, no point in having a lush meal you can't taste.....just have something you already know!

Back with the gang we did Islands of Adventure, and was so pleased that the longest we had to wait was 20 mins for Dudley do Right. And boy did we get soaked!! The kids loved every minute of it, and as usual I got changed at the end....I can't stand walking round with wet knickers!!! This was a great day, and it took us ages to get the kids out of Seuss land!.

Aquatica has been our favorite place whilst here. The girls are real water babies, and we can't get them out of the pool when we are in the villa.

Yesterday we did Universal studios, which was a real photo session with the characters, Shrek and Fiona, Barney, Dora the Explorer, Jimmy Neutron, Scooby Doo, the list was endless. Their Mum asked us before we went if there were any water type rides there, (for any possible change of clothes needed, as we were eating out afterwards!) and I said No........OK OK I know for those of you with kinds, will know about the kids zone, I don't, I didn't....result...wet kids!!!

Hey ho....we ate that night at Tony Roma's, lovely ribs as ever, although those who chose steak with their ribs were disappointed, Texas De Brazil is a hard act to follow!! With that in mind we have booked it for our last night together on Tuesday.

Today we are relaxing, probably do a bit of shopping later on and this evening we fancy doing some golf and Wonderworks or Downtown Disney.....the world is our oyster..................

I love Discovery Cove, have swum with them 3 times and I always found the water chilly too.

Great trip report, you sound like you are all having a wonderful time.
Everyone I know who has been to DC have really enjoyed their day there. I love dolphins but I don't think I could ever swim with them [msnembarrased]
