No, it's not far away. Yes, you can easily do both in half a day, unless you choose to do one of the longer nature trails at the Wilderness Preserve, but the buggy ride at the Wilderness Preserve is only on Sundays at 1 pm.

As to whether it's interesting, if you like wildlife then both the airboats and the Wilderness Preserve are interesting but they're not Seaworld or Animal Kingdom! This is the real Florida...

This place "Disney Wilderness Reserve" which some of you say is close to Boggy Creek West Airboats sounds interesting. We have time to visit it, but I cannot find it on the web. Please give me a link, someone.

Got it, thanks. I was looking under 'Reserve' when it should have been 'Preserve'. Thanks again.

We've done the Boggy Creek Airboats (East Lake Toho fishcamp) many times. We usually do the restaurant too!

Edgar usually manages to find us a gator.

This time he even managed to break the boat-and we had to sit there till a new one came along!

Well-it was a bit different-swapping airboats in the middle of a gator infested swamp-lol!
