    Alamo Car Pick-up

    Hello all,

Just wanted to know if it's possible to be given the wrong car at Alamo MCO, we've got a 'full-size' booked (with USCarHire!), all we know at the moment is that it could be a Pontiac Grand Prix. I realise it's a choose yourself type of pick-up but not knowing what car falls into which category I didn't want to be fobbed off with a lower category car than we have paid for.

Hope that makes sense and sorry for being paranoid/untrusting.

    Thank you.

You'll be fine. Alamo will send you to the car park to select your car. Each section of the car park is clearly marked with the car category (Full Size, Intermediate etc) so just go to the lane as marked and choose your car.

It's still currently the Pontiac Grand Prix in the main. Perhaps some people will post on here to let you know if they have received any other car types within the Full Size category with Alamo....
