Model is a Hibiscus 4 Bed/3 Bath located in Tuscan Ridge community. Very well loved home which we visited frequently. Our home has contemporary style furnishing/decor, TVs, fans in all rooms, broadband, and heavily planted garden provides a good deal of privacy around the pool.

We've owned the villa since new, so just over 5 years and have had many enjoyable times in Florida. Change of personal circumstances mean in future we have less vacation time available to visit Florida. After much consideration we have decided to sell our villa in Tuscan Ridge as we will be getting less personal use out of in in the future.

We'll be sad to see it go, but you have to move on.
