I have just read on another thread that this has happened to someone else so thought it worth a mention.
I registered with Dollar Express on the 29th March 2008 and got the email saying.............
Thank you Julie, for applying to Dollar Rent A Car's Dollar EXPRESS Member Services Program. Your application will be processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive e-mail confirmation and your new Dollar EXPRESS member number.
Should you need further assistance, please contact Member Support Services at DollarExpress@dollar.com or call 1-866-776-6667.
Since then we have not had the membership number within 1-3 working days as promised. I have emailed again today asking if they would send my membership number asap as with travel on the 18th.
Also, during the registration process for DE they take credit card details which is fine if I get the membership but not if I do not[msnmad]
I am rather annoyed to be honest because last August we waited almost an hour in the regular queue[msnmad]
So if my membership number does not arrive in time do I still go to the DE queue or not??
I wonder how many others have had the same problem?
So if you are thinking of registering do it sooner rather than later!!!
