dollar express and car hire from this site ???

This question may well have been asked in the past so I apologise in advance:

Booked villa for August (from this site) - but have yet to book the car hire as we are still waiting for the Dollar Express Membership Number to come through. We have registered and they sent us an e-mail saying they would e-mail it within 3-4 working days. That was 3 weeks ago.

Do you think I can book car hire (again from this site) and then add express number on at a later date or do I have to wait for number to come through first.

Will have a word with hubbie tonight and then book car hire and sat nav hire.

I registered with Dollar express on 29 March and we have not had our membership number either[msnmad]

We go on Friday and we have already booked our car through this site so I have emailed them again today[msnsad]

Recently we've had a lot of emails from clients who have been waiting for several weeks for Dollar Express Numbers. Over the last few days, I've started to receive emails from these people saying they have now received their Dollar Express IDs, usually after 3-6 weeks from applying.

It sounds like Dollar have had a few problems, but are now resolving.
