I would agree with all the above as well, on our last trip we arrived at MCO, I had printed out the page but for some reason did not have the 'Voucher Page' so they charged us for the car at the airport and said that when we were dropping the car back, if we go back to the desk and show the 'Voucher' then, they will refund the money, I have looked at our Credit Card statement and they had charged us $1300 for the 12 days and with John & Roger it was £375 that is for a 4X4 too!!
