Someday, Mrs Tonish may decide she's had enough of me, reject the diamond rings, fur coats, luxurious holidays etc I buy in lieu of the ridiculous amount of time I spend in work and, outside of work, in a bad mood, fulminating about the injustice of the taxman.

I do hope, however, that she will spare me the pain of a protracted court case such as we have just witnessed. I am not normally one to follow celeb gossip, but I was emailed the judgement today, and being stuck in a hotel with nothing to do, I read the whole thing.

I do not think I can express myself properly on a family forum about this, so I think some crossword type clues may work:

First word: film starring Janet Leigh

Second word: noun, several meanings, rhymes with hitch

Third word: preposition, springing out of, point of origin

Fourth word: place, very hot and uncomfortable, cockney slang "kiss and tell"

I was lucky enough to meet Paul several times on Concorde flights when he was married to Linda and I have to say they were both really very nice and not affected by fame at all[msnsmile] It's a shame the same can not be said of Miss Mills[msnsad]

I was not surprised when I read through the judgement especially after the way she has behaved. She has always come across as less than truthful. Some of her claims were completely dishonest and amounted to theft.

I could not stop reading the Judgment. I eventually finished it at midnight!! It does make interesting reading and I feel so sorry for Paul. I think his decision to marry Heather may have been whilst he was still grieving for Linda. It looks like his children were right all along!! Also, ex partners of Heather's do not say much in her favour and although it could be construed as "sour grapes", it should have been a warning to Paul. Expensive lesson to learn but at least their beautiful little girl has been one good thing to come out of the relationship.
