Hello all, my question is:

Are the short term rentals on Hunters Creek limited to one rental per 30 days I heard this rumour and would like some feedback please.

Also, does anyone have a calendar of events (golf related) or could you let me know where to look for one.

Hunter's Creek isn't a STR area but some of the homes have been 'grandfathered' in from when they were originally built so you'll find a few that still do STR. A lot of residential communities have Deed Restrictions on the minimum number of nights that can be rented.

We have owned a short term rental at Hunters Creek for twelve years. Hunters Creek is a very popular area and our villa rents out extremely well. We are not able to except rentals of less than 5 nights, but that is the only restriction.
