    booking sat nav

    hello
    i have booked a satnav and opted to give details over the phone but there is only answer machine. so cant confirm.
    the other thing is i booked it from the 4th -19th april i leave on the 18th and i thought would have to return the satnav on satuday the 19th.
    but it says i need to send back by the 21st monday. so i think i booked it one more day than needed.
    any advice would be great. thanks

    I would send an email to info@floridahire.com stating the above and also your booking number. I'm sure you will receive a speedy response.

    ok so phoning them dont get me anywhere answer machine on all the time not sure how you can confirm card details.and no call back.
    is this same people when i come to book a hire car. i dont want to give details over internet and they give a number to ring that they dont answer.
    oh and still waiting for a reply for satnav availability.

    Hello,
    I sent an email yesterday explaining that units were booked up as it is a busy time of year. i also said that we would look into freeing a unit up. This is not an easy task but if you can be a little more patient I am sure we can get one for you. Also remember that you did get a reply on sunday when we are closed.
    There is no point us taking a payment until we can garantee you a unit.
