I am very lucky to have my elderly mother, my mother-in-law (sadly widowed 3 weeks ago and lives over 2 hours away in Wales) and then of course my own 3 adult daughters. So loads of reasons to celebrate Mothers' Day!

Can be a logistical nightmare - but all has fallen in to place as mum-in-law is staying with us for a few days so we are having a family get-together today - with some extended family too! Will be fun - and always good to have a family catch up.

So - Happy Mothers day to all you Mums out there.......enjoy!

My own Mother is in Tunisia [msnsad] but I will see her soon in 2 weeks time. She would have been their for 10 weeks (Lucky thing) and i can't wait to see her before she returns to Wales.

My eldest son 16 is in Austria , he left yesterday for a sking trip with his school and i am already missing him .[msncry] He did give me a wonderful card and a book yesterday.

Will pay a quick visit to Mother law this morning, she is off to the Rugby ground to see Bristol play .

I am going out to lunch with my daughter and youngest son and of course hubby(as he is probably paying[msnwink]

we have no mum or mum in law taken far to early... but hey our 6 children have been in today spoiling me rotten today, got chocs flowers vouchers mug, and we all went out to pizza hut with all the children and most grandchildren last night, had a fab time

Happy mothers day to all mothers. Just off to collect my mum for a nice meal at our house. Unfortunately, Jans mum passed away in 2000 but will be remembered.

Breakfast in bed was offered...mind you I had been up for 2 hours by the time my angel appeared, bless her...been out to lunch with my mum and my daughter, then a little bit of retail therapy for us all. All in all a nice day...not least as it will be Dancing on Ice soon, then LOST later on...perfect day for me[clap] Oh...and we go to Florida in 2 weeks too...hurrah!
