we stayed at glenbrook last march, in all honesty it took on average 15-20 minutes to disney , we mainly used the 192 as we would stop at one of the eating places on the way home, there seemed to be plenty of eating places nearby (5-10 mins away)

The HWY 27 has been "up-graded" so less getting stuck in traffic. There has been a lot of new development over the past year and a new Town Centre opened up with places to eat. Chilis is new too next to Walmart.

Highway 27 is now 3 lanes each way and generally smooth flowing.Loads of shopping north on 27 with Kohls then the malls on 50, lots of places to eat around Glenbrook now.

The time to Disney has also decreased with the opening of the 429 located about 3 miles from 192/27 junction.

I would say Glenbrook is as you say, just perfect [msnwink]

I would certainly agree with Mark on that one. You can be in the Disney gate within 15 minutes drive, and with the new 3 lane 27 now finished traffic isn't really a problem.....and you don't have to drive through the really busy section of the 192 now as the 429 bypasses all that route.
