£26.84 and £60.37 here, also expecting another from a BA flight.

I did check online to see which flights they were and it appears that the records do not have *my* outgoing flight for each trip.
It does have the rest of the clan's outbound part so I am checking that with them.

We got £26.83 yesterday - have no idea how it is calculated but amazed to have got anything at all!!

Hi all, just filed for a refund today with virgin and BA, but noticed that it says it can take up to a year, not sure what this is all about??

can't remember when we did ours but so long ago had forgotten so quite possibly is a year or there abouts.
