    Centraly Located Villa?

My brother is taking his daughter, and our mother to florida this summer. He wasn't to rent a really nice villa (so I pointed him at this site). He does not want to drive, so will need a centrally located villa as he'll be going everywhere by taxi

I've rented a villa at Indian Wells before, and while its in a good location, its an older community. He's looking for something with some wow factor so size and price are not his first consideration.

Are there any area's or communities that fit the bill.

Paul I think you'll find that most of the villas advertised on these sites are centrally located.
I would tell your brother to make out a wish list, like would he want computer access or a community pool, conservation or a lake view. Once he has a list tell him to send his enquiries to
    http://www.orlandovillas.com/
    http://www.villasflorida.com/
    http://www.onlinefloridavillas.com/
http://www.orlandovillarental.com/ and owners that tick all his boxes will get in touch with him.

You say your brother doesn't want to drive, is there a reason for this? I know lot's of people can be nervous driving in another country but according to my husband it's much better driving there than it is here. The car hire advertised here is second to none and if he does consider driving then he could also get sat nav http://www.uscarhire.co.uk/
