Owner I want to rent from has house for sale?

When we sold our house last year, we continued to rent it out. When we entered into a contract of sale, one of the stipulations was that the new owners would accept any existing bookings we had at the agreed upon price. It worked out for everyone concerned: us, the new owners, and the future guests. Everyone was happy.

I would go ahead and contact the owner and ask what arrangements would be made if the house is sold before your stay.
