    Paperwork Question

    Hi again,...another question

Can anyone supply me with a list of any paperwork that I need to take with me when we go to Florida next month...I want to make sure that we have everything covered (from Insurance to Bank details)

    Thanks in advance.....

I pack everything i have received from anyone, literally. From etickets, park ticket confirmations, all the way down to the receipt for currency exchange.

You might aswell take the lot, it's only a bit of paper. (include your written down ESTA numbers in the above too)

If you plan on taking debit or credit cards with you make sure you have records of the numbers of them separately together with the phone should you need to cancel them if you lose them for example.
its often a good idea to take a photcopy of the info page of your passports as well in case you lose them then at least you have the numbers if youu should need them.

I agree with gary, i take everything. I put it all in plastic wallets inside a cardboard folder. I am the main organise for all the families and don't like getting caught out. That said I'm sure there'll be a day where I am. I also type out a schedule so I now where and what we are supposed to be doing, otherwise we would be eleven people running around like headless chickens and having no chill out time which is essential so we hit the parks refreshed and use the villas facilities. Sounds so organised but its more fluid than it sounds.

We also take pre-written sticky labels for postcards - saves a bit of time having to write them out when on holiday.

Don't forget to pack some travel adaptors for recharging cameras etc

Holiday checklist has a packing list which covers all manner of things.

if you are taking credit cards don't forget to tell the credit card companies the dates you will be in Florida ,
we always take 2 credit cards with us and forgot to tell Virgin and we couldn't use it until we telephoned them.
Also the guests in the next villa to us had the same problem different credit card

I also take a plastic folder with everything in order ,from flights to Tickets

Take a picture of your suitcases - and then carry that in your hand luggage. If suitcase doesn't arrive it will be very difficult to just describe it as 'well, 25", brown with a strap'

I've always done that one for years now. I have my address book in a database for Christmas cards and print lables for them at Christmas so realised it would save carrying the address book or sitting trying to remember the postcodes.
