Just heard from our friend in Perth, Western Australia, where they have celebrated New Year already and he has heard from our son who is travelling in Australia at the moment. He has made it to Sydney ok where he had palnned to be for the New Year celebrations!! Hopefully we will hear from him ourselves soon!!

We are all doing one course, mine is the roast lamb as it is our house, someone has the starter, someone the veg, another the sweet and cheese. Hope I can stay awake until midnight.
