Glad to hear you are home Fiona and all went well. Just try to take things easy for a bit and you will heal more quickly.

Paula, well done on your loss, you are speeding ahead guns blazing[clap]

Pamela[grouphug]for you but you still managed to lose weight so really well done to you. Something will come up for George when the time is right but I know it must be quite scary.

Brenda, you seem to be doing just fine and dandy also. Well done you. I have still not done SW chips[msnoo]

Well done or commiserations everyone else and hope you are all over the Easter festivities like eating hot cross buns and chocolates[easter1]

I have gained another 2lbs according to my scales so am now 6lbs over target. Have not been able to attend classes for 3 weeks now so that is not helping my motivation either. Still eating the deserts on my nightly dinners at Rotary Clubs!!! I really need a gun to my head[gun]so I can get back on plan. My willpower has totally disappeared.
    [msnembarrased][msnembarrased]

Will check in again next week. Good luck everyone.

    Sandra

Good to hear you are home Fiona and that all went well. You should try and take it easy for a while whilst the healing process is at work as it will help you to be fighting fit sooner [grouphug][sporty]

Well done Julie and Marie on your 100% days[clap][clap]

Don't be too despondent on your after breakfast weigh-in Julie - I find that I am at least 2lbs heavier at bedtime than I am first thing in the morning.

Paula, belated birthday greetings to Caitlin - hope she had a great day[drinkpepsi][party1]

Sandra, sounds as though you are having a great time at the Rotary dinners - I must admit, I also would have difficulty staying away from the desserts. Am sure you will get back to plan soon[grouphug]

    Another Ok day:

28g oats so simple, 100ml ss milk HEA HEB
2 cracker bread with marmite and 1/2 slice Leerdammer lightlife .5 HEB, grapes and muller light

Will probably have a cappuccino with rest of milk allowance tonight 3 syns

Morning all, I am learning from my mistakes yesterday and have left the kitchen for the family to tidy up! Eating minute portions at the moment, yesterday's food was hot cross bun for breakfast (yes I know, only 1 more to go and they are all gone!), piece of fritatta and salad for lunch, mini portion of tomato mozzerella pasta and salad. Plenty of sleeping and being looked after by the gals. Hospital managed to send me home with only 2½ days of painkillers, what is it with them - do they think we can go straight onto paracetamol 2 days later, so will have to phone my GP on Monday am.

Burn is looking much better and if I can get hold of a tubigrip thing I think the main dressing can now come off, just need to ensure it doesn't get infected. Most of the operated areas are itching like mad, which can only be a good thing. Washing is going to be fun as left leg and arm, boobs and tummy area cannot get wet!

Have a good day everyone, are all the children on holiday this week? It seems to vary from county to county, was dead quiet at the showroom, but with the Grand National (I Lost but ED won!) and FA Cup Final only to be expected I suppose.

Had an up and down weekend. GP gave me some sleeping pills which I started on Thursday night - well all day Friday I was like a zombie finished work at 3.00 don't know how I got home as I was nearly falling asleep, went straight to bed at 3.45 and slept right through until 10.00am Saturday! Still felt very sleepy all day Saturday.
So didn't have much to eat Friday and Saturday but had a good day yesterday.

Hope you all have a good week and good luck to anybody weighing in today!
