    Hi Everyone,

Having a big problem with chocolate at the moment[msnsad] I haven't got an easter egg (hooray) but my daughter brought home Belgian chocs from her school trip to the battlefields last week and it has been my downfall!!

Went out to a friends for dinner last night. Couldn't resist a small portion of crumble but did abstain from the custard and cream!
    Today so far:
Had porridge for brekkie - that good

    Then 3 choccies [msnsad]

    2 hard boiled eggs

Family around for dinner tonight - veggies, mash and some sort of quorn dish!! Hope I can avoid the pudding tonight!

Will let you know how it goes tomorrow!!

Hope everyone is doing well and managing to avoid choccies!

    Happy Easter [easter1]
    Frances

    "HAPPY EASTER" everyone

My egg is still in the fridge [msneek] I really fancied some choccy today but I have syned out with my tea [msncry]

Oh well - tomorrow is another day [msnwink]

    food for me today

    weetabix & milk (HE A & B)
    2 x bananas
potato & baked beans with corned beef (10 syns)
    WM bread (HE B)
    total syns = 10

I know it doesn't look like much but it has been so hot here today (42c - sorry to all those covered in snow) that I just haven't felt like eating. All I have wanted to do is drink - lots !!

Hope you all are having a great long weekend

    Red day today.

Porridge for Breakfast HE B with raspberrys which I mixed in myself but nowhere near as tasty.
    Milk 2 x HE A
    Ham and salad for dinner
Roast lamb and veggies for tea, no roasties or chocolate cake for pudding.
    No syns yet!!!!!!!!

So happy I bought the directory I will have a galaxy caramel egg later while watching Lost 8.5 syns.
My MIL bought me a giant bar of dairy milk but I don't see her often so she doesn't know I'm trying to loose weight.
The girls now have a total of 16 eggs between them but as it's Caitlins birthday in two weeks I'll melt most of them and my bar of chocolate and make a birthday cake with them.

Marie, Paula and Julie - good to hear you have all had a good day[msnsmile]

I am now getting into the routine with the food preparation for SW plans.

Oats so simple HEB with 100ml semi-skimmed milk HEA
Half a pitta 5.5 syns with 20g low fat leerdammer cheese 0.5 HEB and banana
Salad, mixed leaves, tomatoes, beetroot, cucumber, coleslaw light 2 syns, quark and 50g tuna 0.5 HEB
Muller light with sliced fresh mango
Reminder of milk allowance with coffee tonight

    Total Syns 7.5[/quote]Hi Brenda,

Just wanted to point out a few things about your food diary - hope you don't mind[grouphug] Its just to help you learn the plan through and through[grouphug]

20g of low fat Leerdammer is [u]NOT</u> a HEA but 42g of Leerdammer Lifelite [u]IS</u> and full fat Leerdammer is 5.5 syns per 28g

50g of Tuna is [u]NOT</u> a 0.5 HEB but if its canned in brine/spring water you can 56.5 g = 0.5 HEB or 113g for HEB or if its fresh tuna its 85g = HEB or 42.5g = 0.5HEB

    Hope this helps?

    Much better day today.........

    banana and actimel 1.5
omelette with 42g of mozzerella HEB
    skinny lattes HEA's
142g cod HEB with SW chips and peas
    lot's of water

that's it so far but of to find the syn value of cadbury egg[msntongue][msntongue][msntongue]

Cadbury Egg = approx 26/27 syns if its 100g

Cadbury Creme Egg regular is 8.5 and mini is 2.5

    mini eggs are 2 eggs = 1.5

    Buttons Easter Egg 79g = 20.5

Hope you are all having a happy Easter ladies. Had a good day today son and his girlfriend MIL who was very quiet for dinner, step daughter and her partner turned up unexpectantly also for dinner so had a great day. I was very good apart from having too much wine. Absolutely no chocolate at all!

i've no probs at all with the new avatar Elaine, it's very nice my little tigger addict friend

i've had a so so day

really good brekkie and lunch and then a few hot cross buns sneaked in so missed tea and supper, very very naughty i know

i'm not getting weighed tomorrow as the new consultant isn't doing class and i think had i been getting weighed i would have behaved a lot better over this weekend [msnembarrased] all i can say is well done to those who have been very good [clap] and roll on tuesday for me [msnembarrased] i will attempt to have a good day tomorrow but i know that i'm loads better when the kids are at school and there's more routine to the day and extra "me time"

will have sneeky peek on scales in the morning [msnscared]

Well, Easter is almost over and hope too much chocolate did not a lot of damage if you are a chocoholic[easter1]

Not been around for a few days as been out and about. It was my birthday on Thursday so we were taken out to a lovely restaurant by my son and his wife. It was a 4 course meal and of course I did not resist the pudding - my downfall most of the time.

We then went to our caravan where we were almost blown away by the very heavy winds. The site had a hot cross bun and coffee afternoon so I treated myself to one...yummy. I was very very tempted to have another, but watched my husband devour another instead! Fortunately no Easter Eggs for me and no choccies bought for my birthday thank goodness.

Tomorrow my husband Alan is 70!!!! He does not look or act it, and it is going to be a special day as we are renewing our marriage vows at the local Parish Church. We are then off to a 'posh' restaurant - he does not know about - for lunch, and later in the evening I have arranged a dinner for 22 in our function room at our Pub. That will be another surprise for him hopefully. Fortunately he does not read this forum!!!

Weight wise I have not dared to get on a scale for 7 days, but just may have a go today[msnembarrased]

Anyway, enjoy the rest of Easter and hopefully your weigh in days!

    Sandra
