cheers [cheers]
wanted to say earlier you can use dried noodles in that sir fry for a chow mein sort of meal, also schwartz do a range called "shotz" which are a range of different flavoured powders (herbs, spices) that are free, they are great for stir frys marinading and such well worth snooping around the supermarket for
Hi all, Marie I feel the same way I feel really silly now and I am aiming for a 100% week and I have given up chocs for lent (bit late but better late than never[msnwink])
Really pleased with my paella last night it was yummy and very easy to make too[msnsmile2]
Julieanne Activa yogurts are far more healthy than muller lights but they are syned as follows...
apricot, cereal, fig, prune, rhubarb, strawberry and fibre activa's are all 3.5 syns each
coconut and raspberry are 3 syns each
natural (which I use a lot on fruit) is only 1 syn
although I do eat 1 muller light a day mon-fri I am concerned as they contain salt, and aspartame acesulfame which is the most dangerous sweetner on the planet! so I use natural activa when pouring over fruit or making a salad dressing - just my choice as I do get very concerned about whats in my food and I would not allow my children to eat muller lights ever!
hello ladies
Well it has been a few weeks and I did go off the rails a bit and so had a weight gain. However now that I have eaten all the left over Christmas goodies and given up the alchole for lent I am feeling much better about my prospects. I have just got back frm class and managed to lose 3lbs so feeling very pleased with myself.
This means a grand total so far of 17lbs. Still a little less than I have previously acheived but hoping to claw back some of those missing loses in the next couple of weeks. I have given myself a new target for he next 8 weeks as I am off to California with Lee for a week. We have blown our airmiles and booked Virgin Upper Class as a birthday treat so want to look my best[msnwink]

I'm doing great Julie, still feeling really focused and still finding it quite easy.
I love chocolate and I've only had one fudge since starting back at SW and it's not bothering me at all. I have a jar of Cadburys highlights in the cupboard should the need arise[msnwink]
