    well done Pamela and Julie[clap][clap][clap]

Julie, you need to pretend it's a mon/tues over the weekend or ask yourself everytime you feel like being naughty "would i eat this if i was getting weighed tomorrow?", i know you can stay on track over a weekend and you do too, how about promising yourself a non food treat as a reward if you do?

Julie, the SW lunch sounds lovely, omelet, salad and cous cous....mmm[msnsmile] I might do that for lunch today myself!!

Had porridge for brekkie so far and I have just remembered my coffee is waiting for me downstairs, cold again no doubt!!

We have got a busy weekend planned sorting out the shed and garage so hope to use lots of calories walking up and down the garden with the rubbish.

Good luck everyone for a great weekend[msnsmile2]

    Thanks Julie.
Marie has very kindly sent me a SW pack this week. So with that & the magazines you sent me before I am going to sit down at the weekend and try to plan all my meals for next week. I’ll carry on posting my diary so you can see how I’m doing.
I’ll see how I go trying to do it that way, there are a few reasons why I would prefer not to join a group if I can manage without, but it may be that I have to.

Meanwhile I’ll try to be good over the weekend….

    Julie

Julieanne you could also log onto the SW site and make yourself a profile on there. The password for this week is Pancake. There's loads of information and recipes on there. Good luck.
