Well done everyone!! You are all sounding really positive - I'm sure you will all have some good losses this week[clap]

Finally managed to rejoin class last night. First 'Official' weigh-in since last September - 6lb on Quite amused to see the Cambridge diet consultant I have seen before has now joined as a member, and she still advertises for CD!

Pleased to say I have had a 100% day today and lots of as DH's car was at the garage so he had to use mine to get to work!

    Food diary - Green day
    2 weetabix & milk (HE A & B)
Tomato couscous and ham (HE B)
    Mullerlight
    Apple
SW Chips, beans & cheese omelette (HE A)
    Lots of water

Not enough fruit & veg today, so have now been shopping and should be better tomorrow.

Really hoping this time I will be more successful, I am determined not to be fat & 40 (in July) or look like a beached whale for our Florida hols in August. I stayed to most of the class (still doing taxi service for DS and will be until the middle of April) while DH looked after the girls. So had a little 'me' time.

Good luck to all who have yet to weigh-in.
    Ali

    good luck for today Paula

Ali, great to see you back with us i'm sure you will have that 6lbs off in no time, i'm determined not to be fat and forty either i have until jan 09 though so a little longer than you to get to my target, hoping to get back to where i was when we last went to flotida for may and then to knuckle down seriously after we get back home, i let things slip last time and i'm determined not to let that happen again i'm going to push myself to lose a further 2 stone between may-jan

Julie, sounds like recovery is going well with your knee, how's the pain?

Morning ladies, just finished my porridge and about to take the hounds out in the cold, wet and windy weather! Working flat out on the showroom and hoping to open next week, then will have computers up and running at work. Just waiting on the last shipment of tiles from Italy, but they are Valentino ones and will be worth the wait judging by the other ones we have of his.

A few pounds off already, and am joining a pilates class next week to get me licked into shape. Have booked my op for April and am still having problems with the leg[msnsad], my body seems to reject dissolving the stitches material and that's what is causing the problems.

Marie - even while I was eating them I was thinking I could have had something much nicer for my treat, like [easter1]
Now you have put me off midget gems for life - I'll stick to chocolate (and maybe the odd percy pig [msnwink])
