    Julieanne, can i ask what's the mexican rice? is it free and something that you can make quick?

    i made a risotto for lunch [msneek] it was actualy much nicer than i thought it would be and for the qty of rice i used it made tons so Roger finished it off, just need to go look up syns for a veggie stock cube

    Marie - sometimes I cheat and use the packets of Uncle Bens Express Rice - they do a Mexican and also a Spicy Mexican. Have these as they are easy for me to do in the microwave at work. I'm not really following any plan just trying to eat well..... so I don't know what they will be on SW - would be interested to know though if you are looking them up [msnsmile]

    Other times I make my own with wholegrain rice, boiled in water with some curry powder or tumeric etc and add lots of spicy kidney beans, peppers and sweetcorn [msntongue]

    I made made the spinach pasta for lunch a la Jamie Oliver advert and it was so yummy[msntongue] Free on green plus 0.5 HEB for the olive oil[msnwink]

    Knee a touch better today being refered for physio though asap as bending it is impossible[msnsad]

    100% day for me too, i so want more than a 1lb weight loss next week

    brekkie was usual toast n jam 2 syns
    risotto for lunch 1.5syn for veggie stock cube
    quorn cottage pie for tea (homemade and syn free)
    cereal bar 5 syns
    fruit salad, melon, pear, apple, banana, kiwi and grapes

    total syns 8.5[angel]

    walked with Olly for one and a half hour and 20 mins on ball, i'm getting rather good on it now Julie, you'd be proud of me [msnwink]

    tomorrow i'm trying a day without bread [msnoo] and i'm swapping the healthy B's about too
