i made a risotto for lunch [msneek] it was actualy much nicer than i thought it would be and for the qty of rice i used it made tons so Roger finished it off, just need to go look up syns for a veggie stock cube
Marie - sometimes I cheat and use the packets of Uncle Bens Express Rice - they do a Mexican and also a Spicy Mexican. Have these as they are easy for me to do in the microwave at work. I'm not really following any plan just trying to eat well..... so I don't know what they will be on SW - would be interested to know though if you are looking them up [msnsmile]
Other times I make my own with wholegrain rice, boiled in water with some curry powder or tumeric etc and add lots of spicy kidney beans, peppers and sweetcorn [msntongue]

I made made the spinach pasta for lunch a la Jamie Oliver advert and it was so yummy[msntongue] Free on green plus 0.5 HEB for the olive oil[msnwink]
Knee a touch better today being refered for physio though asap as bending it is impossible[msnsad]

tomorrow i'm trying a day without bread [msnoo] and i'm swapping the healthy B's about too
