    Julie, forgot to say i'd like the hoover but i think Olly would freak out, he hates the dyson and goes to sulk in his utility room bed whenever the hoover comes out

    Hi all this weeks password is onion[msnsmile2]

    Had a good weekend but really fed up as I put on a lb[msnsad] really don't feel it's deserved at all but hey ho that's the way it goes sometimes[msnsad]

    Mizzy congrats on the new baby[clap][clap]

    Just had a call to say my operation is delayed until later in the day tomorrow now so don't need to be there until 11am[msnsad] Wanted to go in a 7am and get it over done with - typical - thanks for all your good wishes ladies[msnsmile]

    OK here goes with my weekend food diary. Not perfect but it's not too bad for me [msnwink]

    Friday:
    porridge
    grapes
    spicy mexican rice
    coated mackerel fillets & mashed potato
    apple
    activia yoghurt
    green tea and water
    2 and a half pints of beer

    Saturday:
    banana, activia yoghurt
    potato wedges with chilli con carne
    grilled bacon sandwich
    activia yoghurt
    pear
    lots of water
    3 glasses of white wine and soda

    Sunday:
    porridge & banana
    steak & peppers cooked on George Foreman grill with baked potato
    ice cream
    vegetable frittata
    not enough water (or fruit)!
    activia yoghurt

    back from class and i've lost 2.5lb, i'm pleased with that but felt like i deserved a bigger loss purely because of all the extra exercise i'm doing

    must plod on though and go with it, it's a long journey and i should be pleased with ANY loss

    food diary today

    mix to max
    cooked brekkie, quorn sausages, bacon, egg tomatoes and mushrooms
    toast n jam 1 syn
    veggie chilli and rice
    hi fi bar (healthy b)
    yogurt, banana and kiwi on a meringe nest 3.5syns

    total syns 4.5 but may add 2 more for options hot choc later [angel]

    Well done Marie and good luck Julie, am thinking of you[grouphug].

    Doing better on the food front now, and spending the time attacking the garden which has suffered badly in the frost. Some shrubs round the pool area overgrown which may be where the beast was living for a while - all had a severe hair cut now!

    Busy day today and sadly weather is a trifle chilly at 63[msnoo].
