    lots of water
    skinny latte x 1 HEA
    grapes and yellow plums[msntongue][msntongue]

    i'm ok with the gain to be completely honest i was surprised it wasn't more with the easter goodies that have found their way into my food plan [msnembarrased]

    i think i undid some of the damage with the last few days and now i just need to keep on track

    just been to weigh in - I put on another 1/2 lb [msnsad] Not as bad as it could have been with easter goodies etc around. Hoping to have a good week and loose lots. I paid for a countdown this week so that I can make sure I have to go! Hope it works!

    Not a bad day for me except I bought some more blasted hot cross buns and I cannot resist them[msnembarrased][msnembarrased] why oh why do I do it, buy for the children and eat them myself[msnmad][msnmad][msnmad]

    cod HEB and SW chips and peas
    hot cross buns 16 syns[msnembarrased][msnembarrased][msnembarrased]
    lots of water and got fruit for later

    i agree Frances 1/2lb is nothing too worry about and i'm sure you will soon shift it

    i've had a reasonable day in that i've been a single mum for most of it [msnscared] so pretty rushed with food and such, i do miss roger when he's not around

    here's what i had [msneek]

    usual brekkie 3syns
    cereal bar 5syns
    fruit salad
    quorn sweet n sour 4syns
    watermelon
    smarties egg (litle egg with mini smarties inside i'm guessing about 7 syns for this)

    so total 19 syns? [msnembarrased]

    did manage to hobble with Olly to village though so not all doom n gloom

    Frances, don't be too despondent, it is a small amount [grouphug]

    Julie, with a bit of luck, the shops will stop making the hot cross buns so you won't be tempted. Is there something you could treat yourself too that is better for you so that the kids can have the buns and you will have something equally as delicious?

    Marie, you did well with such a small gain and if you continue to undo the damage, you will be losing steadily [msnsmile]

    Food diary better today:

    28g Oats so Simple + 100 ss milk HEA & HEB
    SW chips with 55g tinned tuna .5 HEB, banana
    Usual Salad with cottage cheese. Fruit salad and muller light
    Will use up milk allowance with cappuccino

    I have been good all over the weekend, then went out for dinner today and had a three course chinese lunch with a banana fritter and syrup for pudding.[msnmad]

    one day does not always make for a bad week Paula, just plod on as normal tomorrow and you should be ok

    it's when one bad days leads to a full bad week you should start to worry, there are always going to be times when we all find it tough and make some not so good decisions but if you can forgive yourself and move on from a bad day or week then you can reach your goals [msnsmile]

    Well Marie I was a little careful with my choices, I really wanted spring rolls to start but settled for soup. I had beef chow mein for the main.

    Must say I really enjoyed it though[msntongue]
