    another good day for me, i still ache a little from the exercise but i'm hoping that it will stop soon

    food wise i've had a mix to max day with two of my all time favourite meals

    usual brekkie of toast and jam 2 syns
    banana
    stir fry prawns
    melon and a few grapes
    sw chips, spinach and ricotta sausages and egg[msntongue]
    mini honeycomb bites for later 4 syns and options hot choc 2 syns

    total 8 syns [angel]

    Evening all, well it's very quiet on here today[msnwink] Hope you are all being good[msnsmile2]

    Good day for me again late stat so did not have a proper lunch but managed to keep it all on plan[msnsmile]

    banana and actimel 1.5 syns
    skinny lattes HE A's
    1 slice wholemeal bread HE B with banana
    quorn sausages with jacket potato and beans
    actimel 1.5 syns
    got lots of fruits for later[angel]

    managed a slow 2 mile walk today [sporty][sporty][sporty] but then pulled my backed when packing away the decorations[msnmad][msncry] I think once my op is over and done with and I can get back on the core ball I will build up my core strength again - Mizzy how are you getting on with your ball[sporty]

    After my indulgences at New Year I have now got back on track. Missed weigh-in this week as I had someone sorting out my computer.

    Worked out a weeks menu and am so far keeping to it so hopefully the scales will be favourable on Thursday.

    i think i'm doing ok with the ball Julie, i can stay on it now which is a start, bit achy though but confident that won't be as bad in a few more days [msnsmile]

    it's back to school for my two tomorrow so i will have more time and i can get into a better routine

    Weighed in today and overall I have lost 5lbs since my last official weigh just before I was ill, so I am happy with that[msnsmile2]

    Good day today...

    couscous with peas and mushrooms
    muller lite
    pasta bolognese (quorn) with a bit of grated cheese HE B
    skinny lattes HE A's

    weigh in for me was not so good i gained 1/2lb since the last weigh in [msnsad] i know it's only 1/2lb but i was hoping to have started the new yr without any gain from the last weigh in

    so anyhow with determination i plod on, it's a new year and a fresh start

    busy class tonight with queues at the scales

    i've had a great day food wise and i've stayed 100% on plan

    food diary mix to max

    usual brekkie 2 syns
    baked potato and beans
    chicken salad honey mustard dressing 1.5syns
    fruit salad
    mini honeycomb bites and options hot choc for later 4+2 syns

    total 9.5 syns [angel]

    Well we got back home last night terrible journey wouldn't do it that way again flew Miami - Madrid - Heathrow it was a good price for Christmas though. Anyway supposed to have gone back to work today but have got a really bad cold didn't get any sleep last night as I couldn't breath. So haven't eaten much at all today hopefully be well enough to go back to work tomorrow to get back into a routine.
