another good day for me, i still ache a little from the exercise but i'm hoping that it will stop soon
food wise i've had a mix to max day with two of my all time favourite meals
usual brekkie of toast and jam 2 syns
banana
stir fry prawns
melon and a few grapes
sw chips, spinach and ricotta sausages and egg[msntongue]
mini honeycomb bites for later 4 syns and options hot choc 2 syns
total 8 syns [angel]
