Julie are you still going to a class?

My consultant has decided to loose a little more weight and has rejoined a group where nobody except the consultant knows she is a SW leader.

    [/quote]

No Paula, I have given up being a SW Consultant and I don't want to join another group because I know all the consultants in the district.

I know what to do and it's just a case of doing to do so to speak.

I will be fine when the children are back to school and as I said on my other post I am a 14 in most clothes and occasionally a 12 so I am not too worried at the moment but once we are back from Florida I would like to lose another stone[msnsmile2]

    Well done Brenda[clap][clap][clap]

i've had a rough day been in pain with every step i take and have had a few sneeky comfort foods to console my discomfort and stupidity [msneek]

there's no choccie in the house though so the snacks of choosing have been sunbites, these are gorgeous around 6.5syns per pack and are deadly addictive, i've been a little naughty and had 2 packs [msnembarrased]

i need to learn some moderation again [msnscared]

Well done Brenda on being Slimmer of the Week[clap]

Pamela, at least you know where you went wrong and you probably enjoyed the wine so hey ho, put it behind you. You and George are doing really well.

I had a birthday cake made for Alan and normally am not one to eat fruit cake. Guess what, the cake is so gorgeous, I have had a slice - not a small slice - each day[msnembarrased][msnembarrased]

I put one of my new suits on today and it felt a little tight so I really need to get back on track - but there is a lot of cake left[msntongue]

    Have a good weekend everyone.

Evening ladies, trust you are all well, Sandra big [grouphug] for you, keep positive, and congrats on the renewal. Been out of the loop for a few weeks - just read 12 pages worth!! But have been carefull, in fact very strict for the 2 weeks before Easter and lost 7lbs. However, had the whole family over for Easter lunch (DH's idea on our ONLY day off for months[gun], which lovely as it was to see everyone was something we could have done without, although it did get the large pork joint eaten that was in the freezer!

Since Easter diet seems to have gone to pot, so needless to say another 2lbs back on[}], and as am in hospital next week was weighed yesterday for my pre-assessment. Seemed to have forgotten that was on the cards and for some reason went in jeans with belt etc. OK so now have 5 days of starvation left[msnwink] before I bare my bulges to the masses of the operating theatre[msnembarrased]. Spent a fortune today on pjs and post surgery bras.

There is still chocolate in the house from Easter, and although my family have finally got the message and not given me chocolate the mini eggs have very sultry voices!

The clocks go back this weekend so summer is on the way, let's hope it's not long til the weather relects this, almost blown off my feet this evening, and was trying to talk to Janny on my mobile - the howling wind was so bad had to give up!

I am doing a bit better now, had 2 good days. Went to France for the day on Thursday to get the booze for our son's wedding!! So strayed a little and had some frites with my lunch (omelet). Resisted all the french patisserie though!!

    Yesterday was good too

    Porridge HE
    Pasta'n'sauce free
Quorn fillets, mash (no butter or milk) leeks, peas, runner beans, gravy (bisto 1 sin)
whiskey and diet coke 2.5 sins

Hope everyone has a good day!

It's my Mum's 70th birthday today so my Dad is taking us all out to a chinese restaurant in Ascot!! Not sure if I can resist everything and I want to celebrate with Mum so may allow myself some extra sins!![msnsmile]

Frances, well done on resisting the french patisserie i know how hard that it, those pain au chocolats in particular are very hard to resist [msnwink]

my intentions are to have a good day today and behave myself, no sneeking to the new mini sainsburys and hobbling down the aisle for coconut macaroons very late at night [msnembarrased] i will check in later with a honest food diary [msneek]

6 weeks til my holiday so i need to behave myself [party1]
