    well done Frances [clap][clap][clap]

i don't eat a lot of meat either Brenda not because i dislike it i just have to be in the mood so mainly green days for me, quorn has come a long way in the last few yrs, i still bypass the mince [sick] but some of their grills like the lamb ones and their sausages are very nice, also tesco do meat free spinach and ricotta sausages that are free on both plans and these are really tasty [msntongue]

Paula good luck with class tonight and fingers crossed for a loss, i would definately try to stay to image therapy, it's times when you are struggling that it really helps and you never know someone might just have a few ideas that would help you, if your consultant is good she will ask the class for ideas to help when she gets to you

Well done with your weight losses everyone. Let's hope it is catching.

    Belated Birthday Greetings Julie[party2]

Not felt like posting for a couple of days. The news was not what I expected and the Consultant does not even think it is a sebaceous cyst and thinks there is a chance it could be a cancer[msncry][msncry]

I cannot have the operation until 9th April as it is still such a mess and very infectious, so have to sit it out and be patient. I thought it would just be an out patient appointment but he wants me in a proper theatre etc. so will go in just as a day case. I have put it to the back of my mind as hopefully it will all turn out okay, but it was a big shock on Monday[:O]

    My diary from yesterday.

    Porridge
    4 Scan Bran with banana
    1 SW bar
Quorn Cottage pie with mushy peas, swede, cauliflower
Fresh fruit salad with ff cottage cheese.
Coffee throughout the day with skimmed milk allowance

This seems to be working so it is what I have most days when I am not having to go to dinners etc.

Sandra, I am so sorry to hear the news[grouphug][grouphug][grouphug] Medicine in this day and age is so advance that many cancers can be cured and it still has to be diagnosed as it could just be benign or something else.

David has had skin cancer three times now and each time it has been successfully operated on - he even had face reconstruction, or his facelift as he calls it, and you would never know unless it was pointed out. They can do wonders now so try not to worry [grouphug]

It seems a bit trivial to post this now but I lost 3lbs at weighin tonight and I was also slimmer of the week.
