Everyone is having a bad time at the moment so big[grouphug][grouphug][grouphug]for you all[grouphug]

Just to join in I fell down the stairs today[msnsad] I had been to have a pedicure and my feet were so well moisturized that I slipped on the top stair and ended up at the bottom[msneek] luckily my bad knee was not hurt but I have a good few bruises on my buttocks[msnembarrased]and back[msnoo]

Food wise OK.........

Red day which is hard as I don't like most meat

I think we're all like the walking wounded at the moment, sorry to hear of your fall Julie and your burn Marie.

Brenda and Pam hope things pick up very soon for you.

Got a perscription from the doctor this morning and feeling a little better already, hopefully tomorrow I may be fine. I've never had anything like this before and it really knocked me off my feet, just hope the children don't get it.

Frances I am so sorry to hear your news. I have been in that position before, so I know how you feel. Hopefully something better will come along soon.

Pam, I hope you are ok and will feel better tomorrow. Hopefully you haven't done too much damage to your car.

Marie, your arm sounds painful. You do sound a little more cheery today. Not sure that your husband is tho'[msnwink]

Paula - glad you are on the mend. That is an awful bug to have.

Julie you were lucky not to have done more damage in that fall. Hopefully you won't feel it too much in the morning.

Elaine you sound just like me at the moment ( I am sitting typing this in bed!! just waiting for DH to get in from work then off to[zzz]

Not too bad a day today. Not 100%, but managed to get through my hungry hour by having a sachet of couscous. So not too much damage there! Shopping arrives tomorrow so will be stocked up on fruit again.

Maria, the burn sounds really bad [msneek] - you will need to look after it really well so that it doesn't get infected and heals quickly[grouphug]

Sorry to hear about your accident Pamela, hope no one was hurt and the cars not too badly damaged. Thanks for the info on Muller Light, I think I had better change as the Yeo Valley ones taste quite creamy - the carton says it is 168 calories for 100g and the fat content is 10g of which 6.4 is saturated fat, which sounds quite ominous.

Sandra, definitely need your scales[msnwink]. Well done on the weight loss[clap]. Carry some chewing gum with you if you have a temporary crown. Some time ago I had a temporary crown which came off and my dentist recommended I carry some gum with me as a quick fix - I was in a meeting when it happened [msnembarrased] Hope the other problems are improving[grouphug]
