Marie - thankyou for the ball suggestion. I might give this a go. Is there a DVD to follow? I don't know that I would do much good otherwise! Good luck with your weigh-in tonight.

Good luck with your target Julie. I am feeling more determined today and have been 100% good so far. It must be everyone's positive attitude[msnsmile2]. So thankyou everyone for your posts, I have really struggled this last couple of weeks to get going again and have not made it back to class since rejoining [msnembarrased] Not sure how that is going to look tomorrow night when I AM going to class!! And I am sure I have put some on in those 2 weeks, not lost any.[msnsad]But the jeans are really starting to feel tight so I have given myself a good talking to. Please feel free to nag if I haven't posted. Quiet = guilty of snacking!!

Hope everyone has a good week.
    Ali

Hi Pam I am here Been very busy with the showroom which opened (unfinished) on Saturday. 2 bays need tiling on the floor and the product put in and then we are there! In between working 6 / 7 day weeks we are still trying to clear MIL's flat - which needs to be done by the end of next month. Food plan has gone to pieces although I seem to have managed to lose a few more pounds I put on in Florida.

So yesterday was the big day, whole family are now on a food plan, low carbs (so red days most of the time) as ED and I do have problems with IBS and I always feel better eating no bread and pasta. So today had large cooked breakfast, tuna salad for lunch and am cooking chicken in tarragon sauce with creme fraiche and broccoli and spinach. Tons of water is being drunk too, so my halo is shining today.

Was fed up with the muffin top coming back on my jeans, so am going to get it sorted! Also only 6½ weeks until my next op where I will a) be weighed and b) my surgeon will see the results of any lack of control in the tummy area so I am being shamed into it.

ED and I are feeling more focused now - and I am walking just the young dog which helps as we are back to our normal length whereas when the old one comes it is a quick (actually don't know why I said that as is painfully slow) 10 / 15 mins at best).

Forgot to say DH booked flights for ED and I to go to Florida 1 - 15 June and we went mad and traded in our airmiles to go business[clap]. Just looking for the car now - where a 22 yr old is covered for driving!

Yes we booked our flights a couple of weeks ago 31 May - 22 June so we are both going all out to get rid of some of our ugly fat! We also have mostly red days because we feel that we lose more by not eating bread and pasta.

Maybe you can slow down and have a bit more you time once the showroom is finished Fiona?

i stayed the same at class weigh in, i was a bit disappointed but it will just spur me on to try even harder, seems to be a pattern with me at the minute i have a small loss, stay the same then lose a chunk so i'm going to aim for a chunk next week [msnwink]

Fiona good to hear you are going for it too and that halo is shining [angel] i think you more than deserve business class mrs[msnsmile2]

Ali, there are a lot of dvd's for core training, if you check out amazons website there are some great prices too
