    Paula I am so so sorry I missed your 'poorly' post[grouphug] My knee has been sore so not been sitting at the computer, hope you are on the mend and I know exactly what you mean about tomato soup[msntongue]

    Forgot that last week I weighed in on Saturday so I have weighed in again today and have lost 1/8th of a pound (I have these fab scales that weigh 10th's of pounds[msnwink]) I think a Saturday weigh in's keep me more focused on Friday nights so may carry on doing Saturday weigh ins from now on[msnwink]

    Beautiful sunny day here again today just hope the weather holds for half term this week[msnsmile2]

    well done Julie [clap] the weekends are always hard, it's lovely and sunny here too but oh so cold, just off in a few minutes for our marathon through the dene walk and i'm hoping the fields will be hard under foot rather than slippy mud [sporty]

    brekkie 2 slices toast n jam 3syns
    banana
    lunch chicken and roasted veggies
    horlicks extra light 2syns (after walk) brrrrr it was chilly
    tea beef broth
    ww dessert 7 syns

    Good morning ladies - and any gents looking in.

    I just thought I would pop on here and apologise on my wifes behalf for her absence. Unfortunately since she posted to ask if it would be OK for her to rejoin this group we have been without internet at our complex. We have been on to the management company - without much success - and have no idea when it is likely to be restored. Luckily for me I am able to access the net at work but this doesn't help Elaine much. All we can say is that as soon as things have been sorted at home she will be back. Fingers crossed it won't be much longer as it has been almost a week already.

    Just catching up again!! I have been so busy booking our next trip to Florida, we are taking my MIL, our daughter and 3 of her friends!! Hubby is worried about being outvoted with 6 women around!! Anyway, all sorted now, so back to the 'healthy eating' topic!

    Sorry to hear you are feeling unwell Paula, hope you will soon be up and 'running'![grouphug]

    I had a good day yesterday and hoping to be good today too - nothing to get in the way of a good day so fingers crossed!!

    Had a 'fry up' for breafast - eggs, Quorn sausages, beans and toast. Cup of black coffee. Planning Pasta'n'sauce for lunch and roast for dinner! Looking forward to SW roast potatoes - I haven't done them since before our holiday...mmmmm!!!

    Sorry I haven't posted for a while.[msnembarrased]
    We have just had half term this week so the children go back to school tomorrow. I really need to get back into it as I haven't been doing very well.
    I have decided to buy an exercise DVD to use with my ED at home (her suggestion!)- does anyone have any recommendations? There are so many out there it's difficult to choose!

    small portion of scrambled egg and half a slice of wholemeal toast 0.5 HEB
    skinny latte HEA
    banana and museli ryvita HEB
    jacket potato and baked beans
    muller light
    a few kettle crisps 7 syns
    actimel 1.5 syns

    total syns so far 8.5[clap][clap]

    I need to ask for your help ladies - in 9 weeks time we will be in Florida and before we go I want to lose at least 18lbs[msneek] now I know I am setting myself quite a task but I really need to do this[msnsad] I have decided to do more red days and to cut down my portion sizes and hopefully I will see results. So please feel free to nag me and if you think I can improve on my food diaries please tell me[msnsmile2] Thank you![grouphug]
