Paula I am so so sorry I missed your 'poorly' post[grouphug] My knee has been sore so not been sitting at the computer, hope you are on the mend and I know exactly what you mean about tomato soup[msntongue]
Forgot that last week I weighed in on Saturday so I have weighed in again today and have lost 1/8th of a pound (I have these fab scales that weigh 10th's of pounds[msnwink]) I think a Saturday weigh in's keep me more focused on Friday nights so may carry on doing Saturday weigh ins from now on[msnwink]

I just thought I would pop on here and apologise on my wifes behalf for her absence. Unfortunately since she posted to ask if it would be OK for her to rejoin this group we have been without internet at our complex. We have been on to the management company - without much success - and have no idea when it is likely to be restored. Luckily for me I am able to access the net at work but this doesn't help Elaine much. All we can say is that as soon as things have been sorted at home she will be back. Fingers crossed it won't be much longer as it has been almost a week already.

We have just had half term this week so the children go back to school tomorrow. I really need to get back into it as I haven't been doing very well.
I have decided to buy an exercise DVD to use with my ED at home (her suggestion!)- does anyone have any recommendations? There are so many out there it's difficult to choose!
