    Lost 2.51bs this week [msnsmile2] DH lost 61bs so we are both on 8.51bs for 2 weeks pleased with that!

    keep at it Julie and Julieanne and we will see losses [msnsmile] big hugs for now though as i do know how it feels to put in a lot of effort and not see results [grouphug][grouphug][grouphug]

    i've had a mix to max day today

    brekkie was toast n jam 1.5syns
    lunch was baked spud and beans
    tea steak and roasted veggies
    2 hifi bars one healthy B and other 6 syns
    huge bowl fruit salad
    and 2 horlicks extra light 4 syns

    total syns 11.5

    been a picky picky day today where i have been tempted by just about everything, not easy having Jo at home [msnscared] just figured out that i'm gonna need all my willpower and some if i am to make it through this next week

    Still feeling pretty awful and today had porridge for breakfast, a ham sandwich for dinner and a tin of tomato soup for tea. I haven't followed my plan for today at all.
    It's funny I can remember when I was a child whenever I wasn't well my Mum would make me tomato soup and little pieces of bread in it, now if I'm nor feeling well I crave heinz tomato soup although I didn't have the bread with it.
    Off to bed shortly with my nightnurse so hopefully will feel a little better tomorrow.
