you can do this Julie, especially now that you are up walking around again just watch you dont push yourself too fast with the exercise and your knee[msnsmile]

to be very honest i feel incredibly stupid for letting the weight go back on, especially now when i realise that it does take a lot of hard work to get it back off again, i was deluding myself thinking it would easily come off again, for some reason i was convinced i could drop a stone easy in a month[msnembarrased]

Julieanne if you log onto the SW website under group members area (password is cherry) and look at syns online for uncle bens it will give you all the syn counts [msnwink] with the boiled wholegrain you can have as much as you want as it's a free food on green

with the free foods the key to success is to eat everything in moderation and you should feel satisfied but not stuffed and you should never allow yourself to go hungry

can i ask what yogurts you are having?

Marie - I checked the syn value of the rice yesterday and it was 2 for a green day. Some of the other varieties I like are more [msnsad] I'll be having boiled wholegrain tonight with my stir fry

I usually have the danone activa yoghurts but this week I have bought lf muller and some other lf ones that I can't remember just now. I would usually have 1 yoghurt a day - occasionally 2

I know exactly how you feel Marie - I was so annoyed at myself the week before last when I weighed in and realised I had gained 13 pounds since the last time I went!!!!

most mullerlight ones are free Julieanne, the cake type ones vary from 1/2 - 1syn

not sure about danone activia but i think Julie will know? or you could check up on syns online, have you decided what you are going to have as your treat then or will you be saving them for the weekend?
