Julie, the SW website, as suggested by Pamela, has loads of information and ways you can plot where you are now and set your targets. They also do a recipe each day to try out. I have never tried any type of slimming regime but am taking the plunge with SW with a friend the week after next.

I haven't posted a food diary for he last few days but I have been fairly good.

Today:
Breakfast - Oats so Simple
Lunch - Banana, apple and some grapes.
Evening meal - huge salad with lots of mixed leaves, tomatoes, cucumber, coleslaw, potato salad, feta cheese and blue cheese dressing. Yoghurt and cappuccino.

Good luck with weigh in Marie - I'm sure you will see a loss this week[msnsmile2]

We had a great weekend away and started off being really quite good but slipped a bit yesterday (fried breakfast plus a yummy scone with clotted cream and jam on the way home[msnembarrased])

So straight back to it today and hope we haven't done too much damage[msnwink]

Hope you all have a great week [msnsmile2]

I'll have to go through the website later but yesrday I had porridge for breakfast, no dinner as we were out, we then went to a chinese restaurant and I had chicken and sweetcorn soup, then beef mushroom with a very small amount of egg fried rice. Looks more like it was a red day to me, what do you think Julie and Marie??????

Good luck to Marie for your weigh in today. [msnsmile2]

i would class that as a red day Paula, allowing some syns for the soup and rice i'd say a max of 20 and you should be ok, don't panic because i said 20 i've over estimated to be on the safe side [msnsmile] you could have still had some lunch and another healthy B (eg, scrambled eggs on toast would have been ideal)

Good luck tonight Marie [grouphug]

I've had my nose in the SW booklet for most of the weekend [msnwink] but I'm still a little confused with HEs [msnembarrased]

This is what I've planned for a green day today:
Breakfast: Oatso simple with ss milk (milk as HE A) but not sure what the porridge is classed as??
Lunch: UB express chilli rice with chicken (rice 2 syns & chicken HE B???)
Tea: Jacket potato with baked beans and reduced fat cheese (cheese HE A)
Got lots of fruit & low fat yoghurts for snacks.

How does this sound??
Julie

Julie - Porridge will be HEB and I would think the the rice could be free if it's a green day ? All sounds good to me though[msnsmile2]

Hi all, just a quick post - Julie you are doing really well[clap][clap][clap]

Uncle Bens Express Rice (and any other pouch microwave rice) is syned as they contain oil, only dried rice is free and only wholemeal pasta is truly a HEB.

Porridge - Oats so Simple Plain is a HEB Julie as Pam quite rightly says[clap]

Good luck tonight Marie[clap]

after a very long absense, and many weeks being "not so good to myself" - I really need to get back on track before I spiral much further out of control - so please may I return to the fold ??

best wishes from Kuwait
