Just back from class and 1 1/2lbs lost. I'm a little disappointed as I have quite a bit to loose.

Julie how is the knee getting on?[/quote]Marie, knee is improving slowly thanks, had physio again yesterday and she said my knee had improved a lot since the previous week. I am now walking without crutches but with a limp[msnsad], I can just about go upstairs normally[msnsmile] but coming down it's one leg at a time[msnsad], I am doing well with the exercises though and my quads are now working again[sporty] in a few weeks I can start using an exercise bike but need to get a few more degrees of bend first (and got to get an exercise bike from some where[msneek]) not allowed on the treadmill yet either[msnsad]<blockquote id="quote" class="ffs">quote:Originally posted by caitlin

Give yourself a huge pat on the back!!!!

Just back from class and very pleased to report 6lb loss!!! Bearing in mind I only really started on Monday I was very surprised at this. DH lost 2.5lb and was very disappointed [msnsad].

We are away at the weekend so it looks like another Monday start again this week don't really expect to lose this week but a maintain would be good.
